- Monthly and as-needed videos showcasing current construction progress.
- High resolution photos of key areas for reports and presentations.
The Sonoran Row is a newly built townhome community in Phoenix developed by Hancock Builders, offering modern 2–3 bedroom layouts in a fresh, pet-friendly environment tailored for contemporary, urban living.

TerraLane at Hudson Station, built by Hancock Builders in Queen Creek, is a burgeoning build-to-rent community featuring a mix of stylish single-story duplexes and two- to four-bedroom townhomes, set within a gated, family-friendly campus with resort-inspired amenities.
Scope of Work:
- Monthly video covering the entire jobsite with a comprehensive look at construction progress.
- High-resolution photos of every active area of construction.
- A timelapse video at the end of the project showing construction activity from start to finish within a couple minutes.
The Douglas in Goodyear is a 307-unit Build-to-Rent (BTR) townhome community by Urban Street Group, offering modern, luxury rental townhomes in a gated, amenity-rich setting designed for contemporary suburban living.
Scope of Work:
- Orthomosaics for a highly detailed, comprehensive view of the jobsite.
- Videos showcasing the latest progress on site.
Canopy at Sundance, located in Buckeye, AZ, is a modern community of thoughtfully designed 1- and 2-bedroom rental homes offering the feel of private residences with resort-style amenities.
Scope of Work:
- Orthomosaics delivered monthly to document site progress and have an irrefutable historical record of site conditions.
- Videos edited together to give a concise picture of jobsite progress.
- Photos of key areas for use in investor reports and emails.
- Marketing photos and videos for use in leasing and preleasing efforts.
Large-Scale Engineering
A band new mile of road developed by LJA Engineering connecting Sonoran Desert Drive and W Dove Valley Road in North Phoenix. This road serves several new multifamily communities as well as several retail locations. Construction includes wet and dry utilities.
Scope of Work:
- Bi-weekly and as-needed orthomosaics to document things like underground utilities before they are covered, paint markings before they fade in the sun, and stockpiles volume calculations.
- Videos showcasing progress across the project including night time operations.
- Photos of important areas for use in reports to project owners served by the new road.
176th is a new road developed by Nesbitt Contracting that connects two neighborhoods in Northwest Phoenix. The new road redirected school traffic to a thoroughfare rather than through the neighborhood.
Scope of Work:
- Videos and photos showcasing the finished road for a presentation to city officials.
A section of the Apache Trail was damaged by a rock slide resulting from heavy weather. Nesbitt Contracting remediated the damaged section, reconnecting Fish Creek Canyon and Apache Lake to Apache Junction.
Scope of Work:
- A manually flown, highly detailed, 3D model of the road including the damaged section for use in planning heavy equipment access and presentations to state officials.
- Videos of the remote location bringing all project stakeholders up to date without leaving their office.
- Photos documenting pre-remediation conditions as well as project progress.

- Record edit 4K video to include feature callouts and property branding.

OdySea Aquarium's promotional videos, shot by Reconn Services, bring Scottsdale’s immersive marine exhibits to life, highlighting the largest aquarium in the Southwest through engaging visual storytelling.
